This shades of blue clock was a birthday gift for my mom. I’ve now made a clock for every member of my immediate family… I guess it’s time to think of a new theme for my gifts!
This one was fun to make – I started with a coat of blue paint, then marked out twelve wedges using tape. I started with one shade of blue, painted a wedge, then mixed in more white/cream/silver/green/etc to get a new shade and painted the next wedge. Mixing paint is always fun.
And my mom likes it, so I’m happy. Now I’m contemplating making one for myself, maybe in shades of grey. Not that I have any walls left that need clocks…
